One technician clamped a broken spring so that it would work, until a second technician could arrive a few days later. The second technician did a nice job replacing the broken garage door spring, and also a second spring that was working, but getting old. This was a job well done.

The gentleman was nice and seemed competent. My door no longer makes noise. However, my boyfriend had trouble getting the door to open, that night. He found a loose wing nut. Occasionally, once every other day, the door requires a few tries to get it to work.
