After accidentally backing out of the garage while the door was closing, I called Door Systems Worcester and spoke to Amanda. Amanda assured me that Dave would arrive ASAP in order to assess the damage and provide me with a precise estimate. Within an hour, Dave arrived. He wore a mask, as did I, while he explained what was required, as well as the timeframe.
