We… Read more Our doors were installed on 2/15/21 and one of our doors malfunction on 2/18/21. We called the Worcester door systems on 2/19/20 and were told that the earliest we can get service is 2/23/21.
We don't understand why we have to go to the back of the line and wait for service for something that was just installed. Disappointed.

Shawn did an excellent installation and spent time with me at the completion to explain how the doors worked and programmed the RF devices. Dave did an excellent job matching the color of the house trim to the standard colors offered by the manufacturer. I won't need to paint the doors!
