The install date was set, confirmed and Shawn arrived on time. I really like the photos Dave took of the garage and placed various doors and windows styles and colors to visualize replacement doors. After accidentally backing out of the garage while the door was closing, I called Door Systems Worcester and spoke to Amanda. Amanda assured me that Dave would arrive ASAP in order to assess the damage and provide me with a precise estimate. Within an hour, Dave arrived. He wore a mask, as did I, while he explained what was required, as well as the timeframe.

I called Dave F on his cell phone and explained the problem and he called me back and told me to expect a service call shortly. The tech showed up and fixed our problem quickly.
That is what we call great service. We are changing our rating for door systems, Worcester.

We don't understand why we have to go to the back of the line and wait for service for something that was just installed. Disappointed.
