I would have thought that he would be responsible enough to bring the necessary parts and supplies. Yet he asked me to give him nails and a block of wood to accomplish part of the install. He seemed to know what he was doing otherwise, although I would have appreciated some guidance with setting up the opener's electronic wall control pad.
