The install date was set, confirmed and Shawn arrived on time. I really like the photos Dave took of the garage and placed various doors and windows styles and colors to visualize replacement doors. The price was competitive. Quality great. We are very happy

After accidentally backing out of the garage while the door was closing, I called Door… Read more I am compelled to write this review in order to convey my total satisfaction with the repair of my garage door. After accidentally backing out of the garage while the door was closing, I called Door Systems Worcester and spoke to Amanda. Amanda assured me that Dave would arrive ASAP in order to assess the damage and provide me with a precise estimate. Within an hour, Dave arrived. He wore a mask, as did I, while he explained what was required, as well as the timeframe.

I called Dave F on his cell phone and explained the problem and he called me back and told me to expect a service call shortly. The tech showed up and fixed our problem quickly.
That is what we call great service. We are changing our rating for door systems, Worcester.

Our doors were installed on 2/15/21 and one of our doors malfunction on 2/18/21. We called the Worcester door systems on 2/19/20 and were told that the earliest we can get service is 2/23/21.

We don't understand why we have to go to the back of the line and wait for service for something that was just installed. Disappointed.
