Sales person was going to call me back in a few minutes. Never did.

The only negative I have to offer is with the installer. I would have thought that he would be responsible enough to bring the necessary parts and supplies. Yet he asked me to give him nails and a… Read more The only negative I have to offer is with the installer. I would have thought that he would be responsible enough to bring the necessary parts and supplies. Yet he asked me to give him nails and a block of wood to accomplish part of the install. He seemed to know what he was doing otherwise, although I would have appreciated some guidance with setting up the opener's electronic wall control pad.
