After accidentally backing out of the garage while the door was closing, I called Door Systems Worcester and spoke to Amanda. Amanda assured me that Dave would arrive ASAP in order to assess the damage and provide me with a precise estimate. Within an hour, Dave arrived. He wore a mask, as did I, while he explained what was required, as well as the timeframe.

Garage door not working properly, so I called the office and they gave me a service date of next Tuesday February 23. I called Dave F on his cell phone and explained the problem and he called me back and told me to expect a service call shortly. The tech showed up and fixed our problem quickly.

Our doors were installed on 2/15/21 and one of our doors malfunction on 2/18/21. We called the Worcester door systems on 2/19/20 and were told that the earliest we can get service is 2/23/21.

We don't understand why we have to go to the back of the line and wait for service for something that was just installed. Disappointed.

Dave did an excellent job matching the color of the house trim to the standard colors offered by the manufacturer. I won't need to paint the doors!
