Amanda assured me that Dave would arrive ASAP in order to assess the damage and provide me with a precise estimate. Within an hour, Dave arrived. He wore a mask, as did I, while he explained what was required, as well as the timeframe.

Garage door not working properly, so I called the office and they gave me a service date of next Tuesday February 23. I called Dave F on his cell phone and explained the problem and he called me back and told me to expect a service call shortly. The tech showed up and fixed our problem quickly.

We don't understand why we have to go to the back of the line and wait for service for something that was just installed. Disappointed.
